​​​​​​We are looking for a inspiring and commercial driven International Head of Sales who will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing the international sales strategy. In this leading role you will develop strong and strategic partnerships with (B2B) partners (Sales Agents/Strategic Key Accounts). Goal and responsibility of this position:

To increase sales, expand existing distribution and implement sales strategies in the area for which you are responsible for. To ensure the performance of all (Key)Accounts and all partners (Sales Agents).

Aim is to achieve the sales targets on a long-term customer/partner commitment. The qualitative and commercial parameters at POS must be observed, reflected and strengthened at all times.

Main Tasks (fully responsible):

  • Building new sales and partnership models
  • Developing existing key accounts, premium partners, and customers
  • Acquiring and developing new customers and seeking further growth opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining personal relationships and close contact with sales partners
  • Presenting brand strategies, concepts, and products of the ladies and men's collections
  • Conducting regular market analyses and monitoring market requirements regarding product, marketing, and retail activities
  • Organizing and overseeing product and sales training as well as promotions at the POS
  • Acting as a liaison and collaborating closely with various teams at the International headquarter
  • Leading and developing a sales team (10 direct reports) consisting of traveling sales managers and agents
  • Creating a 3-year revenue and budget plan, along with regular controlling/reporting
  • Implementing and monitoring the growth strategy
  • Developing and rolling out sales and 360° concepts (Product, Sales, Marketing, Retail)

Job Criteria International Head of Sales

  • Degree (Textiles, Trade, Business Administration) or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Passionate networker with acquisition strength and a commercial business background
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; other language skills are an advantage
  • As a dynamic, communicative, and customer-oriented brand ambassador, you feel at home in the fashion lifestyle world, have a high willingness to travel and enjoy leading and developing an experienced team
